They were so great! They came out to inspect/give a quote in 30 minutes and treated my home the very next week! Ken is very kind and very knowledgeable! He’s great at explaining things so I could understand and laid out the payment process well! They even got in the narrow space between me and my neighbor’s home that I’ve been afraid of spraying! Called them to treat my townhome after a termite swarm and Ken came out the same day and walked me through Termites 101 to understand the problem and how to fix it. I contacted this service for a general pest inspection before renting out my apartment. The technician went through the entire space very methodically, checking kitchen, bathroom, storage cabinets, and even less obvious areas like behind switchboards. He explained potential risk zones and suggested preventive treatment rather than waiting for infestation. The treatment was done in a neat and controlled manner with no disruption to the apartment condition. I liked that they treated it like a long-term prevention job. We had huge swarm of termites inside our home.  We called Bug State Pest Control and Ken was out within an hour. We did have termites!  He had his service plan implemented within 24 hours. Ken was very good at explaining the lifecycle of termites and how to prevent them for a very long time.  Very fair pricing and extremely professional. I highly recommend Ken, the owner of Bug Pest Control.  My parents first used him back in 2013 for termite treatment, and when I had signs of termites in 2014, they immediately referred me to him.  Recently, I suspected termite activity again and contacted a few companies for second opinions and quotes.  Ken stood out as the most knowledgeable by far.  He clearly explained the different types of termites, how they work, and the best treatment options without any pressure.  What really impressed me was his honesty.  I asked him to check an area in my mom's home, and he told me he didn't think treatment was necessary rather than trying to upsell me.  That kind of integrity is rare.  He also helped us with a pre-construction termite treatment for a new garage build and treated a couple of my mom's rental properties for dry wood termites, so we've seen his work across multiple situations.  Every time, he's been thorough, reliable, and professional.  On top of that his pricing is very reasonable-  and he even arranged to come out the next morning and get the job done.
